Course Cancellation and Refund Policy
At artwhhandmadeex, we understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and our institution while maintaining the quality of our educational programs.
Before Course Start Date: Students who cancel their enrollment before the first class session are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative processing fee.
Within First Week (1-7 days): Students who withdraw within the first week of the course start date are eligible for a 75% refund of the total course fee.
Within Second Week (8-14 days): Students who withdraw during the second week of the course are eligible for a 50% refund of the total course fee.
After Two Weeks (15+ days): No refunds are available for withdrawals after the second week of the course. Students remain responsible for the full tuition amount.
How to Request a Refund
To request a course refund, students must submit a written cancellation request via email to info@artwhhandmadeex.cv or by visiting our facility at 3325 Hickory Street, Dallas, TX 75201.
Refund requests must include:
- Student's full name and enrollment information
- Course name and start date
- Reason for withdrawal (optional but appreciated)
- Preferred refund method
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, processing typically takes 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
Course Transfer Policy
As an alternative to cancellation, students may request to transfer their enrollment to a future session of the same course, subject to availability. Course transfers are permitted under the following conditions:
- Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the course start date
- Transfers are limited to one time per enrollment
- The student must enroll in the next available session within 6 months
- A $25 administrative fee applies to course transfers
Medical and Emergency Withdrawals
We recognize that unexpected life events occur. Students who must withdraw due to serious medical conditions or family emergencies may be eligible for special consideration. Documentation may be required, and each case will be reviewed individually by our administration team.
Emergency withdrawal requests should be submitted as soon as possible with supporting documentation to ensure the best possible outcome.
Course Cancellation by Artwhhandmadeex
In rare circumstances, Artwhhandmadeex may need to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
- Students will be notified at least 7 days before the scheduled start date
- Students will receive a full 100% refund of all paid fees
- Alternatively, students may transfer to another available course at no additional charge
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Application and registration fees
- Course materials and textbooks that have been distributed
- Software licenses that have been activated
- Special workshop or guest speaker fees
- Payment processing fees
Payment Plan Cancellations
Students enrolled on a payment plan who wish to cancel must settle any outstanding balance according to the refund schedule outlined above. Refunds will be calculated based on the total course fee, not just the amount paid to date.
Failure to complete payment plan obligations may result in collection activities and negatively impact the student's ability to enroll in future courses.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about a refund decision or wish to appeal, please contact our administrative team within 30 days of the decision. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
Changes to This Policy
Artwhhandmadeex reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The refund policy in effect at the time of your enrollment will govern your enrollment agreement.
